Interest Rates:

7.99% to 13.99% depending on property type, Interest Only

Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

Higher LTV available with Equity Participation.

Loan Maturities:

3 to 36 months, No prepayment penalty, Extensions available

 

Loan to Value:

Depending on property

Generally up to 80% LTV

On rehab, up to 90% LTC but 80% LTV, whichever is lesser 

 

3rd Party Junior Financing:
