Our vast structuring experience enables us to structure deals for even the most challenging scenarios.

 

Our extensive product line is derived from a diverse pool of investors and our own discretionary capital, the company offers a large variety of private money lending products as well as a full line of conventional products, construction products and equity capital to accommodate most purposes and provide solutions from acquisition to renovation.

 

We also offer a hybrid between private money and conventional financing to transactions that would generally qualify as creditworthy and conforming but are currently somewhat challenged or in a transitional state, yet fit the model of some of our credit sensitive investors.

 

We draw on a large base of insurance companies and pension fund's financing for the more stabilized transactions that require long-term fixed rate financing.

 

In our government products we over the more lenient 40 years amortization as well as the leveraged 85% LTC or LTV as well as the 90% LTV SBA owner occupied financing. Through our equity capital products we offer leveraged subordinated debt financing of up to 90% as well as joint ventures.
