Some of our commercial products include: 10% down purchase and refi with 51% owner occupancy; 40 year amortization; 15% down purchase and refi on multi-residential; 15% down single purpose facilities; and 15% down construction with a take out on a large variety of commercial properties including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
