In the residential side, the company offers FNMA, FHLMC and VA with an expedited DU and LP approvals.  as well as a variety of private investors offering unique products such as reduced and no income documentation, 12 months bank statement and one year 1040's loans to mention a few. The company also offers a variety of private money loans, construction financing, and equity capital.

 

Commercially the company offers a variety of financing through its broad base of investors including Local and Regional Banks, Life Companies, Pension Funds, Private Money Lending, Participation Lending and more. 

 

Some of the products include permanent financing, bridge capital, mini-perms, construction, take out, conduit, both on a recourse and non-recourse basis as well as a full array of private money lending.
