The firm has participated in the funding of real estate investment and development projects totaling hundreds of millions throughout the Western United States.

 

Some of the uses of capital have been land acquisition, entitlement, land development, shopping centers, office buildings, golf courses, gas stations and health care facilities to mention a few.

 

The firm has raised equity for purchase money, refinance, principal reduction to meet lender's requirements, to supplement an unanticipated contingency, budget shortfalls, or a renovation of a value-add project.
